Speaker of the Dead is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone, specifically for Tormented spirits encounters.

Mechanics

Speaker of the Dead causes Tormented Spirits to be unable to possess monsters, but instead are able to Possess players for 20 seconds in maps. Players possessed by Tormented Spirits can apply the Tormented Spirit's Touch modifier to up to 50 nearby normal or magic monsters per Tormented Spirit possessing the player.

Location

As of version 3.22.0, it is located near the center-left of the Atlas passive skill tree connected to the Torment cluster.
