Sovereignty is a notable passive skill that reduces the mana reservation of skills, and increases the effect of Auras.
Location
Sovereignty is located in the top left corner of the tree, in a cluster including 2 Reduced Mana Reservation nodes, 2 Aura Effect nodes and 1 Aura Area of Effect node. The cluster gives a total of 16% reduced mana reserved, 28% increased effect of auras, and 12% increased radius of auras.
