Drop restrictions

Ruby Amulets currently have no known method of acquisition, as the only available version is the Star of Wraeclast, which is implicitly Corrupted and thus impossible to modify with currency.

Trivia

• Rare Ruby Amulets were unintentionally available through Cadiro Perandus offerings. This oversight was quietly fixed shortly after its discovery, though existing copies were allowed to be kept. Prior to this fix, Ruby Amulets shared their 2D art with the Star of Wraeclast.
