Quickstep is a notable passive skill that grants increased movement speed and a chance to suppress spell damage.

Version	Changes
3.16.0	(Undocumented): Now grants 6% increased Movement Speed (up from 4%). No longer grants 6% increased Attack Speed. Instead, it now grants +6% chance to Suppress Spell Damage.
1.2.0	The area surrounding the Witch, Shadow and Ranger has been redesigned. Many clusters throughout the tree now have new notables.
