Prospero's Wager is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone exclusive to the Necropolis league.
Mechanics
This keystone causes all corpses' crafting modifiers to be hidden until they are buried, at which point they are revealed.
Location
As of version 3.22.0, it is located near the center-left of the Atlas passive skill tree connected to the Torment cluster containing Unrelenting Torment.
