Occupying Force is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Deadeye. It grants changes to Mirage archers from Mirage Archer Support. It makes the Mirage archer not be attached to your character but instead be static on the ground where it was summoned. It adds +2 to maximum number of Summoned Mirage Archers making the maximum of 3 total. It is not possible to summon a mirage archer nearby another Mirage Archer, this has a range of 35 units confirmed by Viperesque in a message on the offical Path of exile Discord server.[1]
