Mistress of Sacrifice is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Necromancer that grants increased skill effect and minion duration and causes bonuses granted from offering skills to apply to the user as well, at a reduced effect.

3.8.0	Now causes your offerings to have 25% reduced effect on you (from 50%), and grants 30% increased Skill Duration (from 20%), and 30% increased Minion Duration. No longer grants 40% increased Damage if you have consumed a corpse recently, or 2% increased attack and cast speed for each corpse consumed recently.
