Hollow Palm Technique
Keystone

Hollow Palm Technique is a keystone passive skill given by the Unique small cluster Jewel One With Nothing which makes you count as Dual Wielding while Unencumbered while also providing 40% more Attack Speed.

It also grants the following bonuses:

Every 10 Dexterity grants
  • 12 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage
