Fear of the Light is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone exclusive to the Necropolis league.
Mechanics
This keystone prevents the player from rearranging the Haunted and Devoted modifiers on the Lantern of Arimor and causes their arrangement to be randomized (instead of the default arrangement, which prioritizes higher tier Haunted mods and Devoted mods on monsters with higher pack density), and disables Allflame Embers from dropping.
