CrystallisedSkull is a helmet skin. It is only obtainable during 2014 Steam (northern hemisphere) summer sale.[1] Afterwards, it could only obtainable by trading with existing owners via Steam community market, by paying real world currency (via funding to Steam wallet).

Note that Crystallised Skull is the rarest POE-related reward during the summer sale. It may has a limited supply in the Steam community market as well as high price tag.
