CrystallisedSkull is a helmet skin. It is only obtainable during 2014 Steam (northern hemisphere) summer sale. Afterwards, it could only obtainable by trading with existing owners via Steam community market, by paying real world currency (via funding to Steam wallet).

Note that Crystallised Skull is the rarest POE-related reward during the summer sale. It may has a limited supply in the Steam community market as well as high price tag.
