3.24.0	The Commissioned Officer Atlas Notable Passive no longer causes you to gain 1 additional Kirac Mission each day. It now causes your Maps to have a 6% chance to grant an additional Kirac Mission on Completion (previously 3%). This change does not apply to Ruthless.
