Bottled Storm
Lua error in Module:Item2/core at line 500: The "class_id" parameter is required.. After completing The Storm Blade optional quest, talk to Sin in Highgate, he will send you to talk to Petarus and Vanja in Highgate. They will give you the Bottled Storm, which allows you to access The Oasis via The Vastiri Desert.
