Bloodlines league
The Bloodlines league is an upcoming three month hardcore challenge league. In this league, each pack of magic monsters has a shared Bloodlines mod that greatly influences combat - sometimes while the pack is still alive, and sometimes after it has been killed.[1]
The league will start along with the Torment league on December 13, 2014 (NZ time). At the end of the league, all living characters and stashes were moved to the Hardcore league. Characters that died during the three months immediately respawned in the Standard league.
Modifier
Each magic pack can have a special bloodline buff:
necrovigil: when the mob dies, it leaves a green area on the floor, other necrovigil mobs cannot die whilst stood in it Frost bearers: upon death trigger a cold ability similar to stormcall Heralds of the obolisk: when the entire pack dies, it summons 4 totems.
