Area of Effect, Mine Throwing Speed is a minor ascendancy passive skill for the Saboteur ascendancy.

Version	Changes
3.21.0	Demolitions Specialist now causes Mines to Hinder Enemies near them for 2 seconds when they Land, reducing Movement Speed by 30% (previously 40%). No longer requires Like Clockwork (which replaces Bomb Specialist). The small passive prior no longer provides 10% increased Trap and Mine Damage, it now provides 8% increased Area of Effect. Pyromaniac now requires Demolitions Specialist or Chain Reaction. The small passive after Demolitions Specialist provides 8% increased Area of Effect and 5% increased Mine Throwing Speed.
