Ritual of Awakening
Ritual of Awakening is a Notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Hierophant that increases your maximum totem limit by 2, but causes totems to deal less damage for each active totem deployed.
Mechanics
For each active totem you each, you deal 10% less damage per totem active, including if you were to have just one totem active.
The total damage you can deal with your totems is as follows:
