Fluctuant Ritual Altar

Fluctuant Ritual is a type of Ritual. It has modifiers Monsters deal extra Lightning Damage and can Shock. and Skull Spires fire lightning orbs at each other.

When starting the ritual, Skull Spires spawn around the edge of the circular ritual arena. As mentioned in the mod text, spires fire lightning orb toward the spire of the opposite side (but not necessary passing the centre of the circle) and the orb can shock the player.
