Ngamakanui is the homeland of the Karui people, and part of the Karui Archipelago, located southwest of Lioneye's Watch. It is one of several explorable locations in PoE 2, where it appears to have been overtaken by the Flesh Scourge[guesswork?]. The the seas of Northern Ngamakanui extend up towards Riben Fell.
