You are slower and deal reduced damage due to a nearby Tentacle Fiend.

Malignant Madness is a debuff that reduces the action speed and damage of affected targets. It is applied by the monster Tentacle Fiend or applied by the player by using Impresence or The Eternal Struggle, reducing their action speed and damage by 10%.
