Drop restrictions

The item is currently can be created by divination cards only, there is nothing related to essence league-only drop in 2.4.0 patch notes. Am I missing something? —0xF  07:17, 22 October 2016 (UTC)

That indeed looks wrong. There's nothing special about the drops from essence monsters besides the essence items. --Illviljan (talk) 07:32, 22 October 2016 (UTC)
