[EDIT] Well, I think "LagKaiser (Level 74)" is just used twice.
[EDIT2] I found the same problem with ForRipsSake, __santoni__, Saebo_BOMBER and Nophramel.
Looks like we can't list waves as started. I join 2 imgs, the first one is Mathil in Hall of the Heroes fighting "LagKaiser (Level 74)" in wave 2. File:Mathil1 Heroes Wave2.jpg
The second one is Hegemony in Hall of the Eternal fighting "LagKaiser (Level 74)" in wave 2... File:HegemonyTV Eternal Wave2.jpg
Or some Grandmasters are used twice.
