Modifiers

The Whispering Ice grants level 1 Icestorm. Icestorm will be supported by any applicable support gems socketed into The Whispering Ice; it is not necessary to have the sockets be linked together.[1] Killing a rare or unique monster with The Whispering Ice equipped will play a ghostly sound effect.
