Mental Rapidity is a notable passive skill that grants increased cast speed and mana regeneration.

Version	Changes
3.5.0	Now also grants 10% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate.
2.0.0	Also provides 20% increased Mana Regeneration Rate in addition to 6% increased Cast Speed.
1.2.0	Many clusters throughout the tree now have new notables.
