. It's scheduled to be released with the upcoming Breach league.[1]
Drop restrictions
The Halcyon will be dropped exclusively by monsters from Tul's Domain in the Breach league.
Blessed version
The Halcyon can be upgraded to Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = The Pandemonium" by using a Blessing of Tul.
