Silence is a curse currently only available to enemies with the "Hexfont" nemesis mod. It is not available as a skill gem to players (as of version 1.0.0g) and can only be encountered from a rare with Hexfont or from a Whispering Strongbox.
Curses all targets in an area, making them unable to cast spells. Attack skills can still be used.
