The Sacrifice at Noon is one of four Vaal Fragments. When put into the Map Device along with the other three fragments, it will create six portals to the Apex of Sacrifice where Queen Atziri can be fought.

When placed in the map device along with a regular map, it adds 5% item quantity for that area. If placed without a regular map, it opens a random level 70 corrupted area.
