Rampage is a killstreak mechanic that rewards players for killing a certain amount of monsters with no more than five seconds between each. At certain milestones, special benefitial effects are automatically activated. It is a feature exclusive to the Rampage league.
Rampage effects
There are 13 rampage tiers. Additionally, you gain 1% movement speed for every 10 kills in your streak.

4 | 70 | A damaging nova that echoes off of enemies (like Vaal Ice Nova) |
5 | 100 | A nova of arcing spears that damage and stun surrounding enemies |
6 | 135 | Animated bows |
