Lua error in Module:Passive_skill at line 604: No passive skills with the given name found. Stream of Consciousness is an atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.
Location
It is located at the center right of the atlas passive skill tree, near the "Expedition" wheel.
Mechanics
This Keystone essentially adds +4% spawn chance to all Extra Content that is possible to be generated (e.g. not blocked).
