Eldritch Altars Influenced by The Searing Exarch have 50% chance to have an additional Upside [1]
Wrath of the Cosmos is an atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.
Location
As of version 3.18.0 it is located at the left of the atlas passive skill tree, in the "Searing Exarch" wheel.
Mechanics
Using an Eldritch Altar will inflict a permanent debuff that increases damage taken from Enemies by 25%. This debuff stacks additively, has no cap, and applies for the remainder of that map. Each Eldritch Altar used also increases the chance to duplicate Eldritch currency, and upgrade Lesser and Greater Eldritch Ichors/Embers into Grands, up to 100%. Using 5 or more altars will continue to increase the debuff, but will not impart any additional benefits to Eldritch currency.
