Formula seems inaccurate

The changed formula is accurate

The previous version was mistaken due to not accounting for 20% increased effect from the level 20 gem mentioned in that explanation. Adding the coefficient of ${\textstyle \color [rgb]{0.6392156862745098,0.5529411764705883,0.42745098039215684}{5 \over 6}}$ - or ${\textstyle \color [rgb]{0.6392156862745098,0.5529411764705883,0.42745098039215684}{100\% \over 120\%}}$ if you will - matches the formula with the results in the explanation:

which do not match the values in the Explanation.
