Tempests are area effects that apply buffs to both players and monsters within their area. They appear in the Tempest league. Each area has a random tempest. Mutliple tempest buffs can apply on the one player but their effects do not stack.

- A portion of your Physical Damage is gained as Fire Damage
- You always ignite
- You deal increased Fire Damage
