Swift Killer

Swift Killer is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Trickster. It grants the player a chance to gain a frenzy charge and/or power charge on kill, and increases the maximum amount of frenzy and power charges. It also grants increased damage over time per frenzy and power charges active.
