Look at [russian version], more information, and looks better)

The link from 'attack skills' was inaccurately linked to Melee Skills instead of Attack.
Expanded 'spells do not' to 'spells, traps, totems, and mines do not'.
Clarified that the gems had to be socketed in equipped items.
Removed a couple erroneous hyphens.
Specified that the gems didn't just have level up requirements, but requirements to just plain use them as well.
(unnecessarily replaced 80+ skill gems with 91, replaced ~50 support gems with 65)
Swapped out the Blood Magic (Support Gem) link with the Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Blood Magic" link.
