Do passives increase item mods?

Do passives increase the accuracy gained from item mods?

• a) Accuracy Rating = ((Dexterity*2) + ItemMod ) * (1 + Passive%Mod)
• b) Accuracy Rating = ((Dexterity*2) * (1 + Passive%Mod)) + ItemMod

Any idea what this is?

I assume it's at least 50 + (level*3).

Also, what about minion accuracy?

Accuracy vs. Accuracy Rating

"accuracy" and "accuracy rating" are basically synonymous. Accuracy is a rating that affects chance to hit. —Vini ^(t|c) 22:18, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
