Chance to shock is available from three passive nodes. Static Blows, Chance to Shock and Shock. This gives up to 25% Chance to Shock enemies on hit with Lightning Damage.
This effect applies separately from critical strikes. It is important to note that the more critical strike chance you have the less effective Chance to Shock will be as shown in the below table.
In the table Total Shock Chance is the chance of shocking an enemy by critical strike or Chance to Shock. The table assumes you've taken all the Chance to Shock nodes.
