Pendulum of Destruction is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist that applies a four second buff that grants increased elemental damage and area of effect every ten seconds.

Mechanics
There is currently no icon indicating that the Pendulum of Destruction buff is active, but players can check that the area of effect modifier on any area skill in the character screen changes periodically.

Because Pendulum of Destruction changes the radius of a player's auras, this will cause each aura's effects on allies to be reset and recalculated. In the case of players using the Discipline aura, this recalculation will cause allies affected by the Discipline aura to have their Energy Shield reset to the value it would be without the aura, after which it will recharge to the full value provided by the Discipline aura. This interaction does not affect the player who originally cast Discipline.
