The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

The Warmongers IIIFailure twice draws the ire of higher ranking soldiers. They come to spill blood.You will encounter and slay several Warbands and their elite soldiers.Right-click to add this prophecy to your character.
