This template marks a dead external link that appears within a paragraph or in a reference citation.

Usage

Before using this template, consider repairing the dead link instead.

Place this template after a wikitext link or citation template to show that it is a dead link.

  • For a wikitext link, place this template directly after the terminating ]
  • For a citation template, place this template directly after {{Cite ...}} and before </ref>

The article this template appears on will automatically be added to Category:Articles with dead external links.
