The Encephalophage is a Unique parasite attached to Hollowskull, the Willing Host that becomes active once Hollowskull is killed. It can fire chaos projectiles and use Leap Slam, spawning additional parasites.

It is located in The Southern Forest (Act 6).

In-game, it is incorrectly spelled "The Encephelophage".
