Unflinching : - 30% chance to gain an Endurance Charge when you are Hit - 25% chance that if you would gain Endurance Charges, you instead gain up to your maximum number of Endurance Charges ( 1)Is this buggy? I have never seen my maximum going up)

2) Do these both(Unflinching 25% chance and "Endurance charge on Melee stun support") stack and can I get increased maximum endurance charge like this?
