As of 2.0.1 these do not appear to be in the game. Maybe they are a zone specific or league specific drop?

Indeed, evidence would suggest that they either aren't included yet or can only be obtained in a non-traditional way. Once that information is revealed we can update the page. TheMipchunk (talk) 09:19, 3 August 2015 (UTC)
