The highest amount of maximum fire resistance by this gem is 10%. 5% base from a level 23 gem(21 gem + 2 alpha's howl). you can get 66% bonus from pasives. 18% dying breath stick. and you can get a 26% self buffs.
Build ingame: With dying breath, 66% pasives and 23 gem gives me 10% 66% pasives and 23 gem gives me 9% With dying breath 66% pasives and 21 gem gives me 8%
This is how it is calculated: Answer1 = [BASE MAX % GEM] * [SELF BUFFS] Answer2 = [Rounded_down(Answer1)] * [AURA PASIVES] Answer3 = [Rounded_down(Answer2)] * [Dying Breath bonus]
Or writen as [Rounded_down([Rounded_down([BASE MAX % GEM] * [SELF BUFFS])] * [AURA PASIVES])] * [Dying Breath bonus] So, first self buffs, then aura pasives, then bonus. all rounded down every step.
