Missing modifiers
this page is bugged and i can't edit it, but there is a new flask mod as of 3.8.0, called "Concentrated - 30% increased Amount Recovered, 20% increased Charges Used" perhaps it is worth noting that this mod is objectively worse than Catalyzed, which offers 50% increased recovery for no downside. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Swagalina (talk • contribs)
