I have spent a few hours today researching this skill and have added some much-need clarifications on the interactions of this skill with melee damage and so forth, and clearing up the misconception that the projectile damage somehow "scales off" the initial melee hit which causes a great deal of confusion for people -- the wording of this skill also doesn't help in the least. Some clarifications added
