Dual Wield Mechanics

Hey, I just edited the Page with information on how the tooltip DPS and APS of Leap Slam are off by quite a margin when dual wielding. Please take a look and tell me if that paragraph seems too in-depth and mechanical to simply throw onto the page, in which case I'd move it down into a "Mechanics" section or subsection.
