Banner effect?
Does Generosity increase the debuff effects of Banner skills? The long-form description says it increases the skill's effect "on allies", but the list of effects only specifies "non-Curse Auras". Path of Building does increase the accuracy debuff with Generosity, but I'm not sure if they considered this particular case. RenegadeKamui (talk) 15:05, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
