In 3.18 i just had the "Core" map boss (or Piety or his other adds) apply the "Covered in Frost" debuff to me. There are no map mods hinting at such a thing, it must be the mob(s). It is a greenish ground effect that applies it. The effect itself looks like it came from the Eater of World altars. | ||

In 3.18 i just had the "Core" map boss (or Piety or his other adds) apply the "Covered in Frost" debuff to me. There are no map mods hinting at such a thing, it must be the mob(s). Happened in Phase 1 ("Black Core"), i.e. before you go down the drain ("Black Heart"). Strike that, I located the source and it's not any of the mobs. It is a greenish ground effect that applies it. The effect itself looks like it came from the Eater of World altars.
