Do passives increase the accuracy gained from item mods?
- a) Accuracy Rating = ((Dexterity*2) + ItemMod ) * (1 + Passive%Mod)
- b) Accuracy Rating = ((Dexterity*2) * (1 + Passive%Mod)) + ItemMod
