Light Level
From Observations made there are 3 main light levels.
High: No Light radius based on Life
Medium: Small discernible change on the edge of your light radius, does not effect visibility much. This can come in different shades
Low: Outlying areas are dark enough that recognizing shapes is possible but difficult
