Navali is an NPC that appears in all towns in the Prophecy league. For the cost of one Module Error: More than one result found for item using search term "item_name = Silver Coin". Try using the page parameter instead, she sells a prophecy to the player.
It is possible for Navali to seal prophecies into items for an additional cost of silver. These can then be stored for later or traded with other players.
